Welcome Party for New Employees

Today, we held a welcome party for new employees and enjoyed a large amount of yakiniku (grilled meat).

First, cheers everyone! Although they all look like beer, there are two non-alcoholic drinks mixed in. The text written on the T-shirt is in the language of Ishigaki Island.

The delicious-looking meats are steadily appearing. Can you tell where this yakiniku restaurant is by looking at them?

The marbling is fantastic, and the meats look beautiful. Among them, the one in the middle was exceptional!

We enjoyed this with sauce. The lean part on the right side without marbling was also very delicious.

Next time, a Taiwanese cuisine party organized by Taiwanese folks is also planned. I hope I'll be invited too!

This is offal. It may look like yuba, but it's offal. With an excellent texture, I thoroughly enjoyed the offal as well.
