Completion of the new dormitory

We’re pleased to announce that a newly built dormitory has been completed next to our office!

The new dormitory has been built right next to our Kutchan office, so for those living there, the commute takes only 5 seconds! You can hop straight into the company shuttle and be transported to each work site.

The dormitory can accommodate up to 14 people across the first and second floors, and it’s designed as a two-family-style house with separate entrances. Each floor has a living and dining area where up to six residents can relax comfortably.

Each floor also has its own kitchen, fully equipped with plenty of tableware and appliances for everyone’s convenience.

Each floor is equipped with two showers and two laundry areas. By staggering usage between early and late shifts, everyone can use them comfortably without crowding.

Each floor’s hallway also has two sinks and two rest rooms. And if you ever run out of time, you can always dash into the office next door!

All bedrooms are designed for two people. We provide comfortable bedding so that after a busy winter shift, you can come home, sleep soundly, and fully recharge.
