Introduction of dormitory

Dormitories are generally prepared with double occupancy rooms. They are relatively new and well-maintained properties, ensuring a comfortable living experience!

The dormitories are equipped with televisions, refrigerators, and safes, providing a sense of security and convenience. Additionally, there are refrigerators/freezers available in the lounge area for shared use.

The dormitories provide hangers and shelves for your belongings, and you are welcome to bring your winter coats as well.

How many rooms are there exactly? The dormitory features a significantly long corridor.

The corridor continues on the opposite side as well. Since it is a two-story building, there is another floor with the same length of corridor.

There are three stovetops and two sinks in the kitchen area. Additionally, you can spot our shared refrigerator from TCS on the right side. We have six trash bins, which I believe is sufficient, but we kindly request your cooperation in separating your waste.

Certainly, we also provide amenities such as a microwave, oven, and kettle for your convenience.

Alcohol is not available in the dormitory, but we do have vending machines that offer various types of juices.

We have also installed vending machines with snacks and light food options for your convenience.

Sofa area is clean, user-friendly, and shared among residents. It provides ample space for everyone to use comfortably.

Next to the kitchen, there is a lounge where you can relax while enjoying the beautiful view of the surrounding nature. As there are many international residents staying here, it is an ideal place for those who wish to improve their English skills. Feel free to strike up a conversation and engage with fellow residents.

The restrooms are well-maintained and kept clean, providing a comfortable environment for use.

Unfortunately, there is no bathtub available, so please enjoy the shower facilities instead.

We have laundry facilities available as well. You can use them to wash your uniforms.

The view outside offers a beautiful natural scenery.

Our dormitory here at Kabayama offers a free shuttle bus that runs regularly every day, making it convenient for shopping at MaxValu and Daiso. Although the dormitory is in Kabayama, you can also come to Kutchan for shopping, so you can enjoy a change of scenery and even visit nearby restaurants. Please enjoy your life in Niseko to the fullest!
