| Salary | Hourly salary ￥1,450~￥1,650 |
| Working hours | To be determined between 8:00 and 20:00, taking into consideration your preference. |
| Holidays and Leave | Two days off per week. |
| Treatment and Welfare | ・Employee housing available in Kutchan Town and near the hotel (including utilities and Wi-Fi, ¥20,000–¥32,000 per month). ・Relocation transportation expenses covered (up to ¥40,000). ・Commuting by personal vehicle allowed (transportation allowance provided). ・Shuttle service available. ・Uniform provided. ・Full social insurance coverage. ・End-of-season BBQ party. ・Lift pass / End-of-season completion bonus (¥50,000). ・Bento allowance during busy periods such as year-end and New Year holidays.
